The term 'unique', 'unique design', ‘bespoke’ when applied to a design or product on this website means that the design has at least one difference to any other design on this website. Although we would never knowingly copy other people's work, we cannot be held responsible for copies of our unique designs by other people known or unknown to us.
Under no circumstances shall Sophie Flanagan Fine Jewellery be liable for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages of any kind, regardless of the form of action, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), strict product liability or otherwise, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our prices may be subject to change without notice.
Quotes are only valid for 7 days. Once a quote has been accepted, and deposit paid, design sign off must be complete within 14 days due to potential fluctuations in the market. If this is not the case Sophie Flanagan Fine Jewellery reserves the right to amend the quote.
US Dollar and Euro prices quoted are for informational purposes only and are very approximate. Your card company will convert our Sterling prices into your local currency using their own exchange rate at the time of purchase.
Payment via bank transfer means you must accept any bank charges involved. Please ensure your bank does not deduct any fee from the amount transferred. If you make payment via international transfer, you must accept the international charges involved which includes the intermediary bank charges as well as those from your personal bank.
We prefer to deliver items personally at a mutually convenient place. Shipments dispatched remain our responsibility until received by the recipient. Sophie Flanagan Fine Jewellery is not responsible for jewellery where delivery has been attempted but no signature was obtained by the delivery company.
Jewellery shipped abroad may be liable to tax or duty charges applied by the recipient's country's customs. This is out of Sophie Flanagan Fine Jewellery’s control and is something we cannot accept responsibility for.
Jewellery returned remains the responsibility of the customer until received back by Sophie Flanagan Fine Jewellery together with the appropriate paperwork and packaging.
All commission balances must be paid within 7 days of completion. All commissions must be collected/delivered within 3 months of completion. After this point we reserve the right to charge a storage fee.
Due to the nature of the product, any bespoke jewellery commissions or orders are non-refundable.
Only faulty goods may be returned for repair or refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Earrings specifically cannot be returned unless faulty.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be issued via bank transfer.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Sophie Flanagan Fine Jewellery, London Diamond Bourse, 100 Hatton Garden, London, EC1N 8NX.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Insurance or tracking your item in transfer is your responsibility. If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
We provide comprehensive information as to how to care for you jewellery. We cannot accept responsibility for problems with your jewellery if this advice has not been exactly followed.
We will, where feasible, take your ring size in person using industry standard Ring Sizers. We will offer any sizing advice in good faith however the final responsibility of finger size choice lies with the customer as the fit is always a matter of personal preference. Once the customer's finger size has been agreed with Sophie Flanagan Fine Jewellery, this decision is binding, and the customer will be charged for any subsequent changes of ring size.
Sophie Flanagan Fine Jewellery only purchases diamonds from respectable dealers that adhere strictly to the Kimberley Process and every attempt is always made to ensure that diamonds are not sourced from countries that use the money to fund conflicts.
Some coloured gemstones are heat treated to improve their colour and / or clarity. Some gemstones have been treated in other ways, like oil filled. All treatments will be discussed at the point of choosing gemstones.

We reserve the right to change these Terms & Conditions of use from time to time. If this happens, we will notify you by posting the new Terms & Conditions of use on the website. If you do not wish to be governed by the revised Terms & Conditions of use, please stop using the website.
These Terms & Conditions of use are governed by the law of England and you, and we agree to use the English courts if there is any dispute between us.
If any part of these Terms & Conditions of use is found to be invalid by law, the rest of them remain valid and enforceable.
